MINUTES: Accepted from April 17, 2019
Two one day applications from Grazie Restaurant for events to be held in the event space at the Norad Mill on 60 Roberts Drive.
An Application for a General on Premise Seasonal license from the Wigwam LLC on Mohawk Trail to serve beer/wine only.
THE NORTH ADAMS LICENSE COMMISSION

CALL TO ORDER: Regular Meeting
The motion to approve minutes from April 17, 2019 meeting was tabled to the meeting of May 14, 2019 when Chairman Polucci is in attendance.
Matt Tatro from Grazie Restaurant applied for a June15, 2019 from Noon until 11:30 p.m. for a wedding at the Norad Mill event space on 60 Roberts Drive. Mr. Tatro said the event is invite only and he has trained bartender serving the 80 people expected. A motion to approve was made by Mr. Breen, seconded by Ms Dickinson. All in favor. Motion carried.
The Public Hearing was called to order with an application from Lea King for the Wigwam Summit for beer and wine. Ms King would like to have patrons have the ability to come up and watch the sunset outside on the deck. This is a seasonal license which will used from May1 through December 31. The hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. They were advised to visit the Planning board assistant to revise the hours given to them when they first opened. Ms Dickinson informed them of the TIPS program and the ABCC website to familiarize her with laws in Massachusetts regarding alcohol sales. Mr. Breen told them he discussed with the Police Chief Wood the laws regarding police crossing line from Clarksburg back to North Adams. A motion to approve the application with the hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. pending Planning Board approval of the change of hours was made by Mr. Breen, seconded by Ms Dickinson. All in favor. Motion carried.
