Public Hearings New Business:
• Case No: SPA2018-44 Application of BOON Properties, LLC for property located at 330 State Road. Special permit requested pursuant to Section 12.4 Site Plan Approval of the North Adams Zoning Ordinance for the renovation of a filling station and convenience store in a CA-1 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-45 Application of Dominic D. Paldino for property located at 1454 South State Street. Special permit requested pursuant to Section 12.4 Site Plan Approval of the North Adams Zoning Ordinance for an addition to an existing use of a building or structure greater than 200 square feet in an I-P zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-46 Application of Jessica Sweeney (Common Folk) for property located at 73 Main Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate an art gallery and retail space in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-47 Application of McDonald’s USA, LLC for property located at 21 Union Street. Special permit requested pursuant to Section 12.4 Site Plan Approval of the North Adams Zoning Ordinance for renovation and remodel of an existing restaurant in a CC-1 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-48 Application of Quintavious Walls for property located at 28 Eagle Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a clothing store in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-49 Application of Greylock Works, LLC for property located at 508 State Road. Special permit requested pursuant to Section 12.4 Site Plan Approval of the North Adams Zoning Ordinance for a change of use for construction of fifty one (51) new dwelling units in an I-2 zone.
