• Case No: SPA2017-14 Application of Moresi & Associates Real Estate, LLC, d/b/a Moresi Real Estate Partners for property located at 26 Union Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a professional business office in an I-1 zone.
• Case No: SPA2017-15 Application of Berkshire Hills Development Co., LLC for property located at 10 Veazie Street and 18-20 Veazie Street. Special permit requested for new construction of an accessory building in a CC-2 zone.
