• Case No: SPA2017-07 Application of Jose F. Gonclaves for property located at 420 Curran Highway. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a retail mattress business in a CC-1 zone.

• Case No: SPA2017-08 Application of Cord Master for property located at 60 Roberts Drive. Special permit requested for a change use to operate a manufacturing business in an I-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2017-09 Application of Greylock Federal Credit Union for property located at 131 Ashland Street. Special permit requested for a change of ownership to operate a credit union/bank in an I-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2017-10 Application of Joseph Girard for property located at 33 Main Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a professional business office in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2017-11 Application of Anna Farrington for property located at 47-49 Eagle Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a graphic design office and art gallery on the first floor and create a loft style apartment on the second floor in a CB-2 zone.

• Review new signage for Brazeau’s Butcher Shop located at 746 State Road.

• Review request from Ya Ling Wang and Meng Wang for a name change and new signage for the China Buffet located at 41 Main Street.

• Review request for temporary “pop up” coffee and ice cream shop to be located at 87 Main Street.

• Review request from Peter Wheeler for additional hours at the Empire Cafι located at 57 Main Street.

• Approval of proposed zoning change to amend the Zoning Map to remove four lots on Veazie Street from the R-3 Zone and include them in the CC-2 Zone which abuts those lots on two sides.

• Approve extended boundaries to include parcels owned by the North Adams Redevelopment Authority, including parcels on Main Street to the north of the Urban Renewal Project area and include the entire parcel “151 0 59” to the south of the Urban Renewal Project area
